Both lighthouses located at Charleston county, State of South Caroline, USA.
(*) Howard Koslow (painter and illustrator) died on January 25 of this year.
He painted the full serie of stamps "Lighthouses" from USA (1990-2013). Six series of 5. 30 wonderful stamps. A very nice homage.
