20130405 - FRANCE

*** UPDATE ***

Yesterday I received a copy of this booklet from France about horses.   And after a closer view of the stamps, I cleared a doubt about a second stamp with lighthouse in this issue.  The stamp number 2 has a lighthouse too.  It is like a phantom lighthouse.
