Why is under watch?: In 2010 several post offices released stamps conmemorating the 70 anniversary of the Battle of Britain. All of them had in common this block.  The art of the block is the same and it shows (correct me if I am wrong), the White Cliffs of Dover.  Could that white building over the cliff, be the South Foreland Lighthouse?

I am looking for one of these blocks and take a better look at the white blur. I´ll keep you inform.
