La Grande Bourse (Great Exchange) is a meeting that brings together dealers and collectors in the fields of numismatic and cartophilia. If you plans to visit Monaco in december,  take note of this date: December 7 in the  "Espace Léo Ferré. 
One of the items that describes this meeting in the stamp is what appears to be an old postcard.  Its a view of the harbour with one of the now extinct jetty lights.

This release is a good excuse to look at some old stamps from Monaco. In those stamps, the real jetty lights (north and south) from Monte Carlo, were depicted. In 2006 they were demolished.

Lighthouse at the top of the stamp inspired by the two lighthouses demolished in 2006. The expansions works of the Port d´Hercule in Mónaco at that time,  were the reason of the destruction.
