DOUBTFUL - Djibouti 2016

... and with this release, we open the 2016 season of Doubtful issues. Is good to remember that I list these stamps here only to inform. I do not promote the collecting of these items. I do not have them in my collection and I do not waste money in it.

And apparently Djibouti is a new client starting this year, of the lithuanian based philatelic agency Stamperija. So, expects a flood of lighthouse stamps from this country in the months to come.
