The Paul Signac´s painting,  "Young Women of Provence at the Well", showing a stylized version of the Saint-Tropez Jetty Head Light.

Fourth stamp of 2013 with this painting (Palau, Solomon, Togo and now Mozambique). Apparently the guy who "designs" these blocks is a fan of the women of Provence.
